AI, Data, and Robotics Forum (ADRF25) Confirmed – Stavanger to Host a Premier Tech Conference in 2025
The AI, Data, and Robotics Forum (ADRF25) is a leading annual conference organized by the AI, Data and Robotics Association (ADRA) in collaboration with the European Commission, NORCE, and SINTEF. The third edition of the ADRA Forum will take place at Stavanger Forum on September 23–24, 2025, bringing together experts, innovators, and decision-makers to discuss the future of AI, data, and robotics.
The conference will be held in Stavanger, one of Europe’s leading smart cities, renowned for its commitment to sustainability, digital innovation, and smart infrastructure.

“With its dynamic ecosystem, Stavanger is an ideal place to explore how AI, data, and robotics can shape the future of society and business. Additionally, Stavanger is celebrating its 900-year anniversary in 2025, which was one of the key reasons the organizers chose to host the conference here this year.”
– Michelle Milas, Congress Director at Region Stavanger.
Region Stavanger has assisted NORCE in the bidding for the European Robotics Forum (ERF) 2026, a prestigious conference in AI, data, and robotics, which has now been confirmed for Stavanger in 2026. Following extensive efforts to secure ERF 2026 as part of the city’s 900-year anniversary celebrations, NORCE sought to bring ADRF 2025 to Stavanger as a milestone event for the jubilee. As a result, NORCE and SINTEF are now hosting not just one but two major technology conferences in 2025 and 2026.
Stavanger Forum, one of Norway’s largest conference venues, will provide an inspiring setting for discussions, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing.
ADRF25 will feature exciting keynote speeches, panel discussions, and parallel sessions covering key topics in industry and society. With the support of NORCE, SINTEF, and EDIH Oceanopolis, the conference aims to foster collaboration between diverse stakeholders to strengthen Europe’s position in AI, data, and robotics. Participants will have the opportunity to network, showcase projects, and engage in discussions on strategy, research, and technological development.
By bringing together professionals and highlighting emerging trends, ADRF25 seeks to contribute to a responsible digital transition, enhance Europe’s competitiveness, and promote an inclusive and sustainable society.
